Meet our Team: John Centeno

As a sales associate at Gary J. Long Jewelers, John works directly with customers to share his knowledge and passion for fine diamonds and bridal and fashion jewelry. He enjoys working with people and has developed great friendships throughout his time in the jewelry industry.

The most rewarding part of his job is the opportunity to be part of life’s celebrations. From the perfect engagement ring to a memorable anniversary gift, John finds it gratifying to help customers find the ideal jewelry style and knows that his role helps create a meaningful, memorable moment in someone’s life.

From Stockton, John attended Stagg High School and graduated from the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco. He currently lives in Modesto along with his wife Mary, a nurse at Valley Children’s Hospital, and Sassy and Roxie, the family pets.

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his large extended family. He’s also a big fan of the San Francisco Giants and enjoys golfing and fishing.
